Central New York Christian Ministries primary outreach is the IMPACT! Institute of Urban Family Development and Ministry. This is a mobile, seminar-based operation that specializes in two areas:
•    Urban Ministry Development
Specialized training and instruction for churches located in urban areas of the Central / Upstate New York Region with the desire to develop an infrastructure of programming designed to minister of Urban Families.
•    Urban Family Development
Community-wide Resources - seminars / workshops activities and events based on significant issues for the urban family. (Giving the Biblical definition of family, successful parenting skills, abstinence training for youth, and breaking the chains of poverty.)
